I am a shark researcher from New Zealand.
With my expertise in shark research (both Management and Conservation) I strive to further our understanding of these magnificent creatures and the ecosystems they are apart of.

I have worked in the following countries; United Arab Emirates, Oman, Australia, Fiji, New Caledonia, & the Marshall Islands.

Undertaking the role of Chief Scientist, Senior Scientist, Voyage Leader, and scientific crew. In New Zealand, Oman, UAE. Using trawls, traps, longlines, set nets, acoustics, and BRUV’s, in the nearshore and offshore, stratified random surveys (both single and two-phase).

I have also used my shark knowledge to help Ngāi Tahu with shark issues.
